Min. charge 1 hour. Billed in 15 min increments beyond the first hour. The callout fee is waived for follow-up visits (where required), and when we are setting up a new PC purchased from Aspiring IT. Clients must pay 1 hour + callout fee at the time of booking ($230 ex. GST).
Onsite Support can be included at a significantly discounted rate as part of your Managed IT Services package.
Remote IT Support
$160/hour ex. GST.
Min. charge 15 mins. Billed in 15 min increments.
