So that we can repair your computer as efficiently as possible, please do the following before pick up/drop off to get your computer ready.
Due to Covid19 – Please externally clean your equipment before you drop off.
Put a sticker inside the keyboard that includes: your start up password, your name, email address and mobile number with a brief description of the problem.
Enclose into a padded bag the power supply (brick), your mouse and any accessories that are causing an issue. Include your backup drive if you want us to check it is working correctly.

For all-in-one computers please include your power brick.
If we are recovering data for you, it will be cheaper if you include an external hard drive for us to copy the data onto.
Loss of Stored Data:
We will always do our best to minimise data loss, however the repair of your goods may result in the loss of any user-generated data.
User-generated data refers to any data stored on goods including customised programming and data and/or documents stored on computers, notebooks, monitors, tablets and mobile devices.
Please ensure that you have made a backup copy of any data saved on your device.
Use of Refurbished Parts:
Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
