Our coverage area is the North Shore of Sydney including the Northern Beaches, the North and the North West down to Parramatta. We come to you, to minimise your downtime and effort, so you can focus on what you do best, while we focus on what we do best.
We work with PCs and Macs, servers and workstations, portable devices like phones and iPhones, wireless and wired networking. We install, configure and optimise software like Office Suite, e-mail, ACT! and MYOB. Essentially we handle anything IT.

Our ethic is to fix rather than replace where possible. We love to ‘get it right’! We will always look for the most cost effective way of doing something – provided the outcome is going to be reliable. Once we start a job, we promise to complete it with minimal disruption. We are good communicators, we will keep you informed during the job so there are no surprises at the end!
We also handle emergencies – viruses, Internet or e-mail not working, upgrades, Annual Services, training and back-ups. Often our customers want to sit with us and learn about their computer while we are fixing it, we welcome this.
We offer coverage in day-time, evenings or weekends, whatever suits you best. We attend to fault call-outs the day we receive them and we stay on the job as long as necessary until it fixed.
We have young teenage kids and and as such work on many parents home computers, networking and optimising them and making them safe for the kids.

We partner with other local companies to provide integrated services where necessary extending our capability, coverage and for the odd time we are not available due to leave.
